Data from Geologic Survey Aquifer Test Not Released for Public Review

This permit cannot be approved until all the test information from the New Jersey Geologic Survey (NJGS) March, 1999 aquifer test has been made available for public comment. Data from the 8-hour test on Quaker Valley Farm well 2 (QVF-2) has not yet been made available to the public, nor was the data available from the files of the NJDEP Bureau of Water Allocation (BWA) during my file reviews. I am the closest homeowner to that well and as stated in a previous letter, the water level in my well appears to have been dropping over the last few years. I therefore request an extension of the public comment period until that data has been made available for review and comment. I object to certification of an industrial well essentially in my back yard when the NJGS has unreleased test data.
